Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd., is seeking a skilled Qlik Compose Developer to join the NMMES team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in data warehousing, ETL automation, and hands-on proficiency with Qlik Compose. You will work on building, maintaining, and optimizing automated data pipelines, ensuring high-quality and reliable data delivery to downstream analytics platforms. Work will be performed on-site in Norfolk.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Three plus years of experience with Qlik Compose for Data Warehousing / Data Marts
• Strong understanding of ETL / ELT design patterns, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts
• Proficiency with SQL (preferably on platforms like SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with data integration from diverse data sources.
• Familiarity with data lake or cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Qlik Replicate or similar CDC tools is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in Agile development environments
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python or PowerShell) for automation
• DoD experience preferred.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Qlik applications and dashboards
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using Qlik Compose
• Collaborate with data architects, BI developers, and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into efficient solutions
• Work with Qlik Replicate to support CDC (Change Data Capture) processes
• Participate in code reviews, UAT support, and deployment to production
• Perform data analysis to provide insights and recommendations
• Work closely with other teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Interpret business needs and convert them into technical requirements
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various databases into Qlik applications
• Ensure the accuracy of data processing and output by validating results
• Identify and solve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Assist in the design and implementation of data storage strategies
