REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Qlik Sense and/or QlikView development.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Experience in building complex data models and transforming raw data into meaningful business insights.
• Familiarity with banking domain processes, especially fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and risk analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of data governance , data security , and compliance regulations .

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with large datasets and real-time analytics.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Qlik Certifications (Qlik Sense Business Analyst / Qlik Sense Data Architect) will be an advantage.

LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Qlik Developer, you are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Qlik Sense and QlikView. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers—to gather requirements, model data efficiently, and deliver insightful visualizations that drive data-informed decisions, particularly within a banking and fraud analytics context. Your role also involves ensuring data accuracy, optimizing performance, and maintaining compliance with data governance and security standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Qlik Sense and QlikView .
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and optimize data models to ensure performance, scalability, and usability of dashboards.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases , APIs, and cloud platforms to support reporting needs.
• Conduct unit testing and validation of data to ensure accuracy and consistency in reports.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and banking security standards .
• Provide technical support and training to end users and internal teams on using Qlik tools effectively.
• Continuously monitor performance and suggest improvements to enhance visualization efficiency and data load times.
