JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Qlik Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, and maintaining network integrity. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting techniques, specifically Qlik. The Qlik Support Lead will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

    Work location is hybrid - remote and client sites, as required. Must be willing to relocate on a temporary basis for client projects.

Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements

  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
  • Usability testing
