Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled QlikSense Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and QlikSense development best practices, helping the organization turn raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Knowledge and experience working with healthcare delivery environment is a plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesDashboard & Report Development
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and visual reports using QlikSense.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
Data Modeling & Integration
- Develop and maintain data models to support reporting needs.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
ETL & Scripting
- Build and manage ETL scripts to extract, transform, and load data into QlikSense.
- Use Qlik scripting to prepare datasets and enhance dashboard capabilities.
Maintenance & Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
- Provide end-user support and training on QlikSense dashboards and functionalities.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, data flows, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with QlikSense development.

• Strong proficiency in:

• QlikSense scripting and data modeling

• SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server)

• ETL processes and data integration techniques

• Experience with data visualization principles and dashboard performance tuning.

• Familiarity with cloud-based BI deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with Qlik NPrinting for report automation.
• Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for cross-platform understanding.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis and automation.
