Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc. (CHNCT) is currently seeking seven (7) Seasonal Projects, QM Administrative Assistants to assist with the 2026 HEDIS® audit.  This position will start in January 2026 and go through late April/early May 2026. The position is full-time, Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and onsite in our office located in Wallingford, CT.  Important: These positions will be filled through selected staffing agencies for Seasonal Projects, Quality Management Administrative Assistants. Please be sure to indicate the staffing agency that you are working with on your application. Duties and Responsibilities:  * Assist the Quality Management Department in obtaining medical health records from medical provider offices/locations for the annual HEDIS® data collection review. * Communicate directly with provider offices in pursuit of medical records – via phone, email, fax, and mail. * Perform clerical duties – scanning and faxing.  * Organize files/medical records electronically; collect, sort, assemble and save appropriately * Maintain organization of assignments within HEDIS® specific software/data entry system * Assist abstractors (nurses) with record retrieval, phone calls and claims lookup * Maintain medical record confidentiality  * Collaborate with other members of the administrative team Preferred Qualifications/Experience: * Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word. * Previous experience with a variety of software such as database, document management, outlook, etc.  * Experience with making and receiving phone calls to healthcare organizations * Ability to learn and follow specific processes and procedures laid out by the department * Ability to adapt to sudden changes of responsibility/assignments * Previous experience in healthcare, administrative tasks or with HEDIS * Strong organizational skills * Reliable Transportation * Reliable Home Internet during inclement weather We are dedicated to having a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
