Job Details Job Location: Bellaire at Stone Port - Harrisonburg, VA 22801 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 Hourly Job Shift: 3rd shift Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON), supports coordination of the medication aide and nursing aide schedule Assists with various clerical duties as requested Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information Perform any other duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent required Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity Benefits: Unlimited growth opportunities Medical, dental, and vision benefit packages available Work-life balance | Paid Time Off EAP & Maven family planning program 401(k) employer match biweekly Self-service payroll Daily pay options available
