Description The Gardens at Columbine is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community and we are looking for candidates who will provide resident-focused care, are team-players, dependable and want to thrive in an established Assisted Living/Memory Care setting. Locally Operated and Family-Owned Since 2000 Schedule: Shifts available: 2:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m. (Caregiver/QMAP shifts FT Sun-Thur or Tue-Sat or PT shifts Fri, Sat, and Sun) We require Saturday or Sunday coverage. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Our caregivers provide excellent resident care. Answering call-lights, completing regular checks, assisting with bathing and other daily needs. Pay is dependent on experience and whether or not you have a QMAP. QMAPs provide care as well as pass medication. Requirements Min. 1-year customer service experience preferred High School Diploma or GED Utilizing two-way radio system for communication between departments/team. Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations Critical thinking skills Ability to make decisions and accept responsibility for the consequences Ability to be organized and efficient Ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Provide resident-focused care including bathing, answering call-lights, and performing regular checks. QMAP-certified staff are additionally responsible for passing medications to residents.
