JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The QMS and Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance with our regulatory and quality management system requirements.
This role will help the quality requirements initiatives for the organization according to the ISO9001:2015 or ISO45001:2018 standards. A proven change agent with an action-oriented personality, the successful candidate will lead investigations and internal audits, using findings to improve the company’s processes and procedures. Limited traveling might be required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Comfort with Technology: You enjoy working with digital tools and are eager to build your skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel – things like pivot tables and lookups), Visio, and SharePoint. Experience with MS Project or eQMS is a bonus, but not required.
· Quick Learner: You’re curious and open to learning new software systems. You’re excited about using technology to improve how things work.
· Strong Communicator: You can express yourself clearly in both writing and speaking, and you’re comfortable working in English.
· Interest in Quality Systems: You’re interested in learning about ISO9001:2015 standards and how they apply in a service environment. If you’ve studied this or have any exposure to auditing, that’s a plus!
· Team-Oriented Problem Solver: You enjoy working with others to find solutions and make things better.
· Educational Background: You’re currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree or diploma in Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in logistics or warehouse environments is helpful but not required—we’re here to help you learn!

· Maintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS), Business processes and work instructions. (SOP’s, Policies and Manuals)
· Responsible for the preparation of the internal and external audits. Managing the internal audit program for all locations and ensuring all findings are actioned.
· Communicate with business partners, customers, and suppliers (measuring, reporting, Audits, KPI’s)
· Accountable for managing and reporting, corrective & preventions action cycle time, cost of poor quality (COPQ), and other metrics.
· Responsible for documenting current and new process, flows, recommending enhancements and updating standard operating procedures and work instructions and records control.
· Participate in customer audits to ensure compliance with their quality standards.
· Facilitate gap analysis, process mapping and brain storming.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
