Description

・Gain a deep understanding of audit processes based on QMS and EFQM model and effectively deploy them within the Fab. ・Lead the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, and develop and drive improvement plans. ・Collaborate with global quality organizations as the Fab representative to contribute to the development and enhancement of audit standards and evaluation methods. ・Identify quality risks and work with PCRB and related departments to implement appropriate risk management. ・Propose system improvements based on audit results and EFQM evaluations, and promote continuous improvement. QMSおよびEFQMモデルに基づく監査プロセスを深く理解し、Fab内で効果的に展開する。内部監査・外部監査の準備、実施、フォローアップをリードし、改善計画を策定・推進する。 Fab代表としてグローバル品質組織と連携し、監査基準や評価手法の開発・改善に貢献する。品質リスクを特定し、PCRBや関連部門と協働して適切なリスクマネジメントを実施する。監査結果やEFQM評価に基づき、システム改善の提案を行い、継続的改善を推進する。・Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, quality management, and reliability. ・Effective communication skills in both Japanese and English (written and verbal). ・Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams both in person and remotely. ・Strong willingness to learn continuously and a mindset for improvement. ・Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience. ・Experience in quality audits, EFQM assessments, or quality management-related work is preferred. 半導体製造プロセス、品質管理、信頼性に関する基礎知識。日本語/英語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力（書面・口頭）。対面およびリモートでのクロスファンクショナルチームとの協働スキル。継続的な学習意欲と改善マインドセット。学士号または同等の教育・業界経験。品質監査、EFQM評価、または品質管理関連業務の経験があれば尚可。
