Description
Duties and responsibilities Coordinate, review and handle compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and current regulations. Ensure quality monitoring and reporting on activities, processes, and procedures as relevant and as applicable. Handle and coordinate the development of quality policies, processes, and procedures. Coordinate, facilitate and assist with regulatory and quality training sessions. Handle the preparations and maintaining of quality management system documentation. Coordinate and participate in corrective and preventive actions are issued, implemented, verified and closed within set timeframes. Coordinate and participate in evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems. Coordinate and participate in the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s service. Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits for QMS Coordinate and develop internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports. Perform quality inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to policies and processes. Coordinate and assist in management reports on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement. Coordinate and assist in periodic management review meetings. Education & EXPERIENCE Bachelor Degree in Quality Management and/or relevant field ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification At least 5 years of relevant experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint Personal competencies Capacity to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment; Ability to effectively complete the tasks entrusted; Capacity to easily adapt to changing priorities and timelines; Strong communication skills in English (oral and written), Arabic is a plus. Ability to learn quickly and attention to detail. Optional competencies Practical experience in a regulated industry; Knowledge of other international standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000 etc Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to QMS.
Responsibilities
The coordinator will manage compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and regulations by ensuring quality monitoring, reporting, and the development of quality policies and procedures.
