Job description:

• Change Management:
• Receive, file, perform initial review and impact analysis of Supplier PCNs from component suppliers, CMs, ODMs, JDMs
• Assign QIS tasks for supplier PCNs to SQE, GCM, or Eng PICs
• Track QIS tasks completions and follow up on delayed items
• Create and maintain change management process documentation:
• NVIDIA PCN template (major/minor/notification only)
• NVIDIA Customer PCN process requirements
• Datacenter CM, ODM, and JDM PCN Requirements
• Integrate Networking internal PCN process with existing Change Management process
• Align and automate process flows between PDP, PID, and QIS systems
• Administrator of the QIS Change Management module
• Drive down PCN backlog and improve turnaround time
• Prepare data analysis for and facilitate management review meetings:
• PCN Monthly Change Management Summary
• Data Center Supplier PCN Review (monthly)
• Customer PCN Monthly Review

ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Audits:

• Present PCN Change Management processes during internal, 2nd, and 3rd party audits

Training:

• Changes in QIS tool User Interface for PCN change management,
• New QIS users’ training and support
• PCN change management process

Experience: 3-5 Years.
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
