Responsibilities: 1. Plan and conduct internal audits to evaluate the alignment of organizational processes, procedures, and work instructions with QMS standards and regulatory requirements. 2. Identify gaps, weaknesses, and non-conformities in processes and facilitate timely corrective actions to address them. 3. Prepare detailed audit reports that document observations, findings, evidence, conclusions, and actionable recommendations. 4. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions by relevant departments to address identified non-conformities. 5. Ensure consistent adherence to QMS procedures and standards across all organizational functions. 6. Identify areas for continuous improvement within the QMS and propose actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness. 7. Communicate audit findings and improvement opportunities to management and stakeholders, emphasizing critical issues. 8. Develop and oversee the execution of an annual internal audit plan that ensures thorough coverage of key areas. 9. Promote awareness and understanding of QMS standards and audit procedures throughout the organization. 10. Maintain organized and accurate audit records, including reports, evidence, and corrective actions, to ensure compliance and ease of reference. 11. Evaluate and enhance the quality management system by monitoring its performance and recommending improvements as needed 12. Perform regular checks to verify ongoing compliance with QMS requirements. 13. Ensure organizational compliance with applicable industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001), regulations, and internal policies. 14. Keep comprehensive records of audits, findings, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: 3-5 years of experience, Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control and internal auditing Engineering Degree Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) (Preferred) Requirements skills: 1. Proven Experience in performing QMS audits, document control, and compliance assessments. 2. Effective communication skills. 3. Critical thinking & attention to details. 4. Proficient in English. 5. Proficient in MS Office & ERP systems
