Job Description Role Purposes Ensure the site operation in alignment with Syngenta Quality policy, standards and local law, Ensure the quality control of the finished products in warehouse and finished products in distribution channel. Accountabilities 1. Quality Management system Follow APAC Quality Policy, Standards and Code of Practices Report Non conformity and customer complaints based on Quality on Line Control shelf life of finished goods in warehouse. Follow corrective action and preventive action Update the national quality standards for seeds 2. Testing Take samples in warehouse and from distribution channel Conduct Germination, Moisture, Vigor and Physical purity test for seeds as recurring test and retest. Input testing results in SAP Check the packaging material quality Ensure the compliance of storage conditions in warehouse. 3. Apply standard, method, work instruction and procedure for quality control Translate and apply testing method from APAC to Vietnam Member of Vietnam Quality Management Team 4. Other Provide support to Supply Chain Operations Manager in his daily management tasks when required Provide support to and close cooperation with colleagues in good teamwork and shared projects on quality and packaging. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Agriculture/ Biotechnology is preferred. Other major is also welcomed. Experience in QA/ QC is a must Intermediate English required (Good at reading, writing & communicable in English) Capability implementation of quality inspection in gSAP Have experience quality control in seed industry Quality risk assessment of product Experience on Quality Management System and Total quality management Organizing skills, good computer user, Active, cooperative, accurate, timely, orderly Additional Information Only Local Vietnamese candidate accepted.
