POSIZIONE:

The Quality Department of Italdesign is looking for a temporary resource as maternity replacement who will support our team on fulfilling various task in the scope of the Quality Management System.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in editing documents both in Italian and English
• Understanding complex interconnected information
• Excellent knowledge of MS office
• Attitude to interact proactively with internal departments
• Focus on details
• Used to work by objectives
• Proactive personality willing to learn
• Previous experience in structured context

PREFERENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Problem-solving attitude to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions negotiation

• Editing internal regulatory documents
• Monitoring the validity status of the QMS documentation
• Managing documentation platform in cooperation with the provider
• Designing end-to-end processes
• Assisting internal auditors’ activities
