Position Summary
Opportunity to work with Graphics R&D team at QNX. As intern with the team, you will get exposure to QNX Real-Time Operating System and Hypervisor. You will get opportunity to develop, design, test, and analyze various aspects of RTOS and other components with the safety team. You will also have an opportunity to write software requirements, automation scripts, and participate in design discussions.
Location: Ottawa, Canada
Length of Term: 4 Months or 8 Months

What you will do:

  • Work with Embedded Engineers on various graphics solution

. Implement and document and test new graphics features
. Optimize graphics build system

Who we are looking for:

  • Knowledge and interest in operating systems (RTOS)
  • Knowledge of C/C++

. Graphics framework
. Graphics rendering (OpenGL/CL/Vulkan)
. Linux/Android graphics

Education level required (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or others in)

  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • Systems Engineering / Software Engineering
  • Robotics or Aerospace Engineers
