We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join our APAC team. This is a new role focusing on positioning the QNX portfolio in critical use cases addressing Industrial Automation, Medical, Robotics, Rail, and Automotive Industries. Reporting into the Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will work in collaboration with the regional sales and marketing leaders in Japan to create marketing programs to drive brand awareness, grow revenue pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities through the sales cycle. You will also support marketing activities in the wider APAC region. You will understand the end-to-end customer journey in software/platform enterprise sales and will be comfortable tracking activities based on data and managing reporting within Salesforce. Why QNX? You will: Create and deliver in-person events, webinars, sponsorships, and trade shows Track and report campaign performance using tools including Salesforce Conduct competitive research and market insights for the Japan region Manage and deliver localization of global campaign assets and web content for Japan Work with key partners to deliver joint marketing activities Support budget tracking and vendor management You will have: Proven experience in a B2B technology marketing position ideally in embedded software Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Experience in CRM and marketing automation tools Experience coordinating marketing events and webinars Solid understanding of B2B customer journeys and funnel metrics Experience with cross‑functional teams (sales, product, partners) Basic data analysis skills and comfort working with dashboards Excellent verbal and written Japanese (JPLT N2 or higher) Experience communicating with global teams in English Good understanding of building marketing activities and messaging across multiple communication channels, including in person events, online assets, webinars and paid media.
