Scope: The QRamp Sales Representative will work with the Sales team to be a primary source of input for the development of an Annual Sales Plan using historical data and current market factors. The Sales Representative will help the Customer Service Team to ensure the information flow and customer satisfaction levels are sufficient to ensure continuing and growing levels of sales within your geographic area of responsibility. The Sales Representative will also successfully gain new customers for QRamp within your geographic areas of responsibility. The Sales Representative will utilize all resources, in line with the Sales Plan, to meet or exceed the projected sales values in a manner that supports sustainable future growth. This role will also support additional tasks as needed per the scope of this job description.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or previous experience in a related field is an asset.
· Proven track record in B2B Sales, preferably in the home improvement, construction, or accessibility industry
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented attitude
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
· Knowledge of AODA and ADA compliance and accessibility regulations would be an asset
· Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel for sales appointments
· The ability to travel Canada and the USA as required
