Responsible for the preparation/reviewing Bills of Quantities and Ensure contract document processing procedures are completed in a timely manner Responsible for reviewing and processing payments, variations, and claims Track, manage and ensure commercial actions are completed in a timely manner Review and recommend the accounts for Contractors & Consultants as per Contract document. Supply all relevant information to the Contracts Manager/Commercial Manager for review at the specified intervals set Assist the Contracts Manager with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time. Arrange and prepare the prequalification submittals and material submittals for getting consultant & client approvals Prepare cost reports to monitor project budget Involve for prequalification process. Liaise with Project Directors/ Project Development Managers for pre-contract QS works and propose solutions to meet client/project obligations. Review and certify contractor’s & consultant’s interim payments for payment. Assist in any other relevant pre & post contract administrative duties. Requirements • 10 years relevant experience • UPDA certification from Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is preferred
