We are a reputed swimming pool construction company known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and leisure projects. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, estimation, and contracts for our ongoing and upcoming projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of QS experience, preferably in swimming pool or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and FIDIC standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS-related software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for swimming pool projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and prepare interim/final payment applications.
• Conduct site inspections to verify executed works and quantities.
• Ensure accurate documentation for contracts, claims, and project reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain budget control.
