The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled QS Manager to oversee cost management and quantity surveying for our luxury residential interior turnkey projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will excel in budgeting, cost control, and contract management to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for high-end interior turnkey projects. - Develop and manage budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial targets. - Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. - Monitor project progress and expenditure to identify and mitigate financial risks. - Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and designers to align cost strategies with project objectives. - Conduct value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. - Prepare interim and final valuations, cost reports, and financial forecasts. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, contractual obligations, and UAE regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. - Proven experience as a QS Manager in luxury interior turnkey or similar construction projects. - Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, and procurement processes in the UAE market. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office suite. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and integrity. - Familiarity with local construction codes and legal requirements.
