As our QS Manager, you will lead our cost control and contract management processes across luxury development projects. You will oversee budgeting, procurement, and ensure financial transparency and efficiency. Resposibilities Develop and manage budgets, BOQs, and tenders Lead contract negotiations and cost tracking Analyze variations and manage claims Guide the QS team and ensure timely reporting Support procurement and project managers with financial insights Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering 10+ years in QS, with 3+ years in leadership Familiar with CostX, Cubicost, or equivalent Strong understanding of hospitality/residential project costs Excellent leadership and analytical skills
