Description

Our client, a well-established M&E Contractor , is seeking a seasoned Quantity Manager to lead cost and contract management for their mechanical and electrical projects . This role is suited for professionals with a strong background in M&E works.

  • Oversee the full spectrum of quantity surveying activities related to M&E works, from pre-contract to final account.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions, and bills of quantities for mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement and cost negotiations.
  • Monitor budgets, track variations, and handle progress claims and cost reporting.
  • Advise on contractual issues, commercial risks, and cost control strategies for M&E projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of quantity surveying experience in M&E works.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems, tendering processes, and local pricing.
  • Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
