As a QS Manager, you will play a critical role in steering cost planning, BOQ accuracy, contract control, and project financial performance across our development portfolio. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with proven exposure to multi-project environments. Strong technical capability in cost estimation, BOQ, tender evaluation, and contract administration. Solid understanding of budgeting, value engineering, progress evaluation, and project financial tracking. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills with strong stakeholder management. Responsibilities Lead cost planning, BOQ development, and estimation processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with project scope. Evaluate contractor proposals, conduct tender analysis, and negotiate commercial terms to secure optimal value. Oversee contract administration, variation orders, progress claims, and cost-control reporting across projects. Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and MEP teams to validate design changes and manage cost impacts. Ensure QS governance, documentation standards, and procurement processes are consistently implemented across all projects.
