MAINTENANCE OFFICER

  Delta Facilities Management delivers a range of critical services across general maintenance and cleaning. Supporting the Queensland School Project, our teams work across a range of educational facilities within Brisbane. We take pride in our role as providing exceptional services across the management and cleanliness of the sites that ensure students and teachers are working in a safe and clean environment every day!

The Position

• Monday to Friday role ( 8am - 4pm)
• Contribute to the efficient and effective operation and maintenance of the school
• Provide a high level of facilities support in line with our Service Specifications
• Utilise a range of complex instructions, materials and equipment to deliver a range of cleaning, grounds, utility and school officer duties

The Person

• Experience in a similar role - working in a General Maintenance/Facilities Maintenance type role
• A great work ethic and ability to learn
• Physically fit, fun and able
• Good communication skills with a flexible approach
• Essential: Must be able to obtain a Blue Card, undertake Functional Medical with D&A
• Hold a Current Drivers Licence
