Description
Job Purpose: To manage the qualification of the company with government, semi-government, and private sector entities. This includes handling all registration, follow-up, and compliance activities on platforms such as Etimad, Baladi, Forsa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Supplier Portal, and others. The role ensures the preparation of all required documentation and the company’s readiness to participate in tenders and projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Qualification & Registration - Prepare and organize all company qualification files, including legal, financial, technical documents, licenses, and certifications. - Manage registration, updates, and follow-up across key platforms: * Etimad * Baladi * Forsa * SAP Ariba * Oracle Supplier Portal * Registration with major companies (Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea, ROSHN, ministries, universities, etc.) - Ensure timely renewal of all company licenses. - Verify compliance of all documents before submission. - Prepare company profiles and capability statements. 2. Communication & Government Relations - Communicate with government and private entities to complete requirements. - Attend meetings related to qualification. - Respond to inquiries from authorities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officials. 3. Document Management & Reporting - Maintain a database of all documents. - Prepare qualification status reports. - Coordinate with internal departments. - Upload and manage files across platforms. 4. Tendering & Bidding Support - Ensure readiness for tenders. - Coordinate document submission with bidding teams. - Track tender status and update management.
