We develop and certificate high-quality vocational qualifications that open doors for learners and support the needs of training providers, employers, and the wider economy.
Now, we’re looking for a Qualifications Developer - a sharp thinker and creative problem-solver who’s ready to help shape the future of regulated qualifications and courses in the UK.

This role sits at the core of our qualification development function. You’ll play a pivotal part in designing, reviewing, and evolving qualifications that are not only compliant with regulatory framework bodies but also responsive to current market and industry demands.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, developing and refining qualification content - units, levels, learning outcomes, and assessment criteria
• Reviewing the existing qualifications portfolio and making evidence-based recommendations for revision or withdrawal
• Leading or supporting the development of new qualifications aligned with emerging industry needs and company strategy
• Working closely with our External Quality Assessor (EQA) Services team to ensure that qualifications are deliverable, occupationally relevant, and compliant from day one
• Engaging with subject matter experts (SMEs) to confirm qualification content and ensure technical accuracy
• Maintaining accurate records in the qualification database and ProQual Management System
• Supporting the communication and promotion of new qualifications and updates to our network of centres and partners
