We’re looking for a trainer to join our team at Fitness First St Leonards’. We need a passionate individual excited to begin or continue their Personal Training journey, wanting to work in an amazing modern and busy facility boasting over 2000 members.

Fitness First St Leonard’s has the most successful trainers of all Fitness First Clubs in Sydney. The proven success is due to a high volume of members and foot traffic, full service fitness offerings, and sales systems to drive members to Trainers with intensive support from your in house PT Manager and Club Team who are invested in your success.

The role of a Fitness First Personal Trainer:

  • Conducting 1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions.
  • Performing health consultations & designing personalised programs.
  • Helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals.
  • Improving our Members’ lives!

To start you will require one of the following:

  • Cert IV in Personal Training/Fitness or equivalent.
  • Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science
