Empowered Therapy & Training is currently seeking qualified and experienced Art Therapists to join our growing multidisciplinary team. We are a privately owned, holistic, and play-based practice, supporting individuals across the lifespan with a variety of presentations and challenges.

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Art Therapist who is passionate about working with clients through a trauma-informed, creative, and person-centred lens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group art therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in line with ethical and professional standards
  • Work collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, support coordinators, and other team members
  • Participate in team meetings, debriefs, and professional development
  • Contribute to a warm, respectful, and supportive team environment

Essential Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification in Art Therapy (accredited course)
  • Membership with a recognised professional body (e.g., ANZACATA)
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults in therapeutic settings
  • Current ABN, professional indemnity & public liability insurance
  • National Police Check, Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Right to work in Australia
