Our Moorebank site is looking for Qualified Bakers and Process Operators to join its operations. We have solid, ongoing work with good pay and a steady roster. Operating 24-7, our Moorebank production team runs 12-hour day rosters across the week and we have a variety of work patterns available that attract shift penalties and weekend rates - giving you the opportunity to boost your weekly take-home pay.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Operation of machinery and equipment as per safe operating procedures
• Executes start-up procedure and machine/equipment set ups, operational processes and cleaning processes correctly.
• Ensure all Food Safety and Quality incidents are accurately reported and recorded within specified time frames.
• Complete Quality Assurance and Food safety Induction and Competency quality assessment.
• Attend all relevant training programs.
• Achieve AERR and Waste on target.
• Active participation and attendance of weekly, monthly departmental meetings

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• Effective verbal and written communication
• Practiceand display Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Health and Safety standards
• Quality awareness
• Previous food industry experience or machine operation/process work is desirable
