Amin’s Butcher and Grill is looking for a qualified Butcher to join our brand new gourmet butcher shop. In this exciting role, you’ll oversee the daily operations, ensure the highest quality cuts, and guide a dedicated team in delivering exceptional products to our discerning customers. ABOUT US

With 15 years experience in the meat industry, Amin’s Butcher and Grill. provides the best quality halal, gourmet meat and deli products. Modern, brand new fit out offering a fast paced, friendly environment with the opportunity to grow with the brand. We are looking for an experienced value added head butcher with exceptional customer service skills. The position will see the successful applicant working within a vibrant and energetic team with a real emphasis on customer service and quality butchering.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A trade certificate
• Rotate meat at a high level
• Experience in keeping a shop organised
• Contribute to the success of the business
• Previous experience in a value added shop
• Sausage making
• Experience dealing with customers
• A well-presented person
• A desire to maintain high standards

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Make personalised product recommendations to customers
• Vacuum packing and product labelling
• Sausage manufacturing
• Experience in Add-Value Items
• Cut and Prepare Meat for Customers
• High Quality Display Window
• Sausage making
