Currently we require a casual . Part time . full-time butcher who: -

• is Qualified as butcher experience with a solid background in meat preparation, cutting, and portioning.
• Has positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a larger team, working collaboratively to create an efficient and positive workplace.
• Has good work ethic, attention to detail and be able to follow instructions well
• Can work in a fast-paced working environment
• Has the ability to work cleanly and safely in compliance with food safety regulations
• Demonstrates a great attention to detail to ensure all products meet our high standards of quality.
• Is Great with customer service skills – we’re looking for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and offering expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, and prepare various meats, including beef, lamb, pork, and poultry.
Serve customers at the counter, providing friendly, knowledgeable advice.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations and display areas.
Ensure stock levels are managed, including ordering and restocking as needed.
Assist with the preparation of value-added products like sausages and marinated meats.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
