Caffe Greco Oakleigh are looking for an experienced and passionate qualified casual chef to join our back of house team. Located in the heart of Oakleigh’s vibrant dining precinct, we serve modern mediterranean cuisine in a lively, high volume environment.
What we are looking for:
* Certificate III in commercial cookery
* Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen
* Knowledge of Mediterranean/Greek cuisine preferred
*Proven experience in larder, pans & fryer in fast paced kitchen.
*Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
