About the Role JBS Dinmore are currently recruiting a passionate trade qualified Chef to join our busy cafeteria team. Reporting to the Catering Manager, this role is part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team, preparing and serving hundreds of meals across five operational days per week.   As a Trade Qualified Chef, you will support the Catering Manager and wider team with day-to-day kitchen operations, including: Food preparation and service delivery Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance Assisting with menu preparation and daily meal planning Stock rotation, ordering support and basic cost control Supporting kitchen organisation and cleanliness Assisting with upkeep of kitchen equipment and facilities   This role requires availability for morning shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional additional shifts as required.   About You Trade qualified Chef (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work a flexible roster, including early starts Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team Reliable, adaptable and hands-on approach Ability to work under pressure and meet service timeframes High level of personal presentation and cleanliness Basic understanding of portion control and stock rotation   About Us JBS Australia is the largest and most respected meat and food producer in Australia. Responsibilities
