SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Chef to join the team at The Beckley, our in-house café. We are looking for a motivated induvial with a can-do attitude, obsessed with their customer and obsessed with results who will work alongside the kitchen team to deliver meals that fuel our 1,200 team members onsite at our global headquarters. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Working within a dynamic and fast paced kitchen
  • Assist with the preparation and planning of menus, updated weekly
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner
  • Supporting the Head Chef and the team in day-to-day operations of the kitchen
  • Able to organise events and catering
  • Support with ordering and stock levels
  • Provide support to the team with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation and plating.
  • Assist with on-the-job training for new team members
  • Be able to set up your workstation with all the equipment you need and keep tidy
  • Support Head Chef with menu innovation
