Our homely centre in Roleystone are looking for a Qualified Educator to join their team. Sustainability and repurposing comes naturally to our Educators, which has enabled us to create beautiful upcycled environments and support other centres in our network. We work to build and maintain reciprocal relationships with our families which makes this a collaborative and warm environment to work within.
Our Educators love to promote fun and teamwork in their environment. The office is always open with both our approachable and friendly Managers available to provide support and mentoring to all members of the team.

WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for educators who promote children’s education through their interests and plan learning opportunities therefrom. You will foster children’s curiosity and create opportunities for children to grow and explore in small groups. The ideal candidate will value the wonder of early learning within our upcycled learning environments and guide staff in providing a fun, safe, high-quality service that aligns with the National Quality Standards and is true to Mulberry Tree Childcare’s fantastic reputation. We embrace our children’s love for learning and want you to concentrate on developing each child’s trust and sense of security.
Relationships are important within our team, as effective teamwork provides stability, job satisfaction and helps us navigate the day successfully. We have events for our team outside work hours such as our End of year Expo, staff dinners and even nights away so we can relax and celebrate our successes together and further develop the bond between us.
