QUALIFIED DENTAL NURSE & CARE COORDINATOR

Location: Hertfordshire Centre for Dentistry (Referral Practice)

Obex Dental is a fast-paced and growing dental group with 12 practices across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a friendly, professional team at our referral practice in Hertfordshire.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the Head Nurse and Senior Nurse with daily operations
  • Provide high-quality support during treatments
  • Help deliver excellent patient care in a specialist referral setting
  • Discuss treatment plans and finance options with patients
  • Maintain surgery stock levels and perform audits
  • Mentor and guide trainee nurses

Skills needed:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer Service mindset
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Organisational and multitasking ability

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Qualified Dental Nurse
  • NEBDN Diploma or NVQ Level 3
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • EXACT dental software
  • CQC and GDC regulations
  • Willing to travel if needed
  • Full UK driving licence
