About the Role

COCO DENTAL ROCHESTER, KENT

As a Dental Nurse at COCO, you won’t just be assisting chairside—you’ll be a key player in delivering the highest standard of patient care:

• Support our dentists across a wide variety of treatments—Invisalign, implants, cosmetic dentistry, restorative and preventative care
• Deliver exceptional patient care—putting people at ease before, during, and after treatment
• Maintain the highest standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness
• Prepare surgeries, instruments, and materials—ensuring smooth, stress-free appointments for both patients and clinicians
• Take on radiography, scanning, and impression duties (training can be provided if not already qualified)
• Contribute to patient education—oral hygiene advice, aftercare, and reassurance
• Bring initiative: help improve systems, patient journeys, and even get involved in social media and practice projects
• Be eager to learn—we’ll support your CPD and development every step of the way

Who We’re Looking For

You’re caring, confident, and passionate about making a difference.

• Qualified Dental Nurse (GDC registered) or
• Enthusiastic and willing to keep learning new skills
• Strong communication and organisation skills—you love being part of a team
• A genuine focus on patient care and wellbeing
• Bonus: Experience in implants, Invisalign, or sedation—but not essential, as training is provided
