Award winning Dental and Aesthetics private practice, located in the heart of exclusive Notting Hill W2 area.
As our clinic is growing and developing, we are looking for a reliable and dependable team member with a dynamic, warm, approachable and self-motivated Qualified Dental Nurse/Receptionist/TCO who is able to manage and head front of house with ease and flare.
Experience in fully private practice is a must.
We are a patient focussed, quality driven practice looking for someone who has a positive attitude and good communication skills to join our friendly team in providing exceptional 1-to-1 care.

You will be the face of the practice, the first point of contact, and the first and last impression of the business.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified nurse from a recognised UK academy
- Excellent communication skills
- Manage a computerized diary
- Experience using Dentally dental software
- Experience scanning patients with iTero or similar scanners
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Team work / liase with other team members
- Assisting clients chair side
- Answering questions from patients and scheduling appointments
- Up to date dental and facial aesthetics knowledge
- Liaise with suppliers/dental labs/ other practices
- Ensure the surgery is maintained with respect to standards of cross infection control
- Administrative duties
Preferred but not Mandatory Candidate Requirements:
- Experience with dental implants
- Clinical photography with SLR skills
- Knowledge of practice management softwares

Salary is negotiable depending on age and experience and the post is open for immediate start. An initial telephone interview will be offered and conducted after receipt of your CV (if successful) and a second interview will follow at the practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure exceptional patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate a smooth workflow.
  • Adhere to GDC guidelines and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
