We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist / Qualified Dental Nurse to join our family-run specialist Dental practice in the heart of Alderley Edge.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for helping others.

• Understand the importance of teamwork and how to work effectively to support.
• Confident in assisting the dental team.
• Must be 2 years qualified, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Passionate with high-quality patient care.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized surgery environment.
• Follow infection control protocols.
• Great customer service with patients and visitors.
• Schedule appointments and manage the dental diary.
• Handle telephone calls and emails professionally.
• Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable upon arrival.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits efficiently.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage data entry tasks using IT systems.
• Process patient payments and insurance claims as required.
• Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• From £14.00 per hour depending on experience and suitability

Additional

• Experience in Sedation IV and IHS (happy to train for the right candidate).
• Experience in specialist practice (happy to train for the right candidate).
• Salary is dependent on experience.
