We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for the grooming and care of various breeds of dogs and cats, ensuring they look their best while also maintaining their comfort and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with pet owners.
• Knowledge of various dog breeds, including specific grooming requirements.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during grooming sessions.
• A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.

• Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for pets.
• Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin, providing recommendations for care and treatment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe grooming environment by regularly sanitising tools and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets’ needs and grooming options.
• Handle animals safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process.
• Assist with heavy lifting of larger animals when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of services performed on each pet.
