JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated, Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and well-being of children in our care.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Level 3 EYE Qualification
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• A commitment to safeguarding children’s welfare and promoting their development.
