Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Early Years Educator Level 3 to join our vibrant Outstanding childcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children within a nurturing environment. Duties

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote children's development across all areas including cognitive, emotional, social, and physical skills.
• Supervise children during playtime, mealtimes, and rest periods, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform future planning and reporting to parents or guardians.
• Support children's individual needs by providing personalised care and guidance.
• Foster positive behaviour through effective behaviour management strategies aligned with organisational policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Contribute to the organisation’s continuous improvement initiatives through team meetings and training sessions.
