JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children aged 2-5 years. The Early Years Educator will play a crucial role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging activities and effective communication with both children and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience working with young children.
  • Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong management and leadership skills to guide and support junior staff members.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for potential travel between locations or outings with children.

    Pay: £12.21-£12.30 per hour
