Justteachers is currently recruiting for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive Primary School in Northamptonshire, starting in September 2025. This full-time position is within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and focuses on supporting children’s learning and development during these formative early years. You will collaborate closely with the class teacher and the wider EYFS team to help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

• Support children’s learning through structured play, phonics, and early literacy and numeracy activities.
• Assist in planning and delivering stimulating and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to learning journals and assessments.
• Promote positive behaviour and social development through consistent routines and gentle guidance.
• Help set up and maintain indoor and outdoor learning environments.
• Work closely with parents, carers, and professionals to support children’s individual needs.
