• Understanding of construction documentation an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capability to work well under pressure and within a strict time limit environment.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• The successful candidate will have time served Electrical trades experience.
• Certs for Electrical Training, Safe pass, and manual handling.
• Highly skilled in electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
• Provide reference from previous positions.

• Conduct and manage the Installation and commissioning of residential, commercial and agricultural Solar PV systems.
• Experienced in managing your own schedule of work, the ability to work at pace, but to a very high standard.
• Ideally, have worked with and managed electrical apprentices who will work alongside you in your team.
• Be a strong decision maker and confident in your approach with customers and clients, providing detailed customer explanations on completion of installation.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are understood & adhered to at all times.
• Guarantee that the works comply with site quality standards and guidelines.
• Comply with all safety limitations and procedures.
• Ensure that correct PPE is worn at all time on site.
• Keep the workplace in a tidy manner and free of excess materials.
• Plan and execute works in the most productive manner.
• Dispose of waste in the correct receptacles.
• Comply with site instructions regarding the formulation and implementation of RAMS - SPA’s etc.
• Testing, maintenance, and repair/replacement.
