Custom Heat ltd is a family business and have been trading for over 45 years from our office based in Rugby
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our growing electrical side of the business to work within quoting, QS support, managing and onsite work
We have been fitting central heating and hot water systems since 1980 and have expand in to electrical work and we need someone who is able to help us with that expansion.
The main part of the job would be attending private domestic and sometimes commercial properties to understand the requirements of a job, provide honest, customer focused suggestions, gather the correct amount of information to provide an accurate and detailed quote. The work would involve using a sales platform to send the quote, you would need to have a good understanding of computers and modern software, follow up with each quote and have skills around selling. We are looking for someone who has a good technical knowledge but also has the skills to sell very well. We also need the role to support QS work and managing diaries, employees and suppliers
We fit all types of electrical systems in to homes including Solar PV and EV so a broad understanding is essential.
We will provide a wrapped van, tablet or macbook pro, fuel card, uniform all kit and PPE
Pay is negotiable and subject to experience and as its a sales led job there is a large potential to earn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £42,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Experience:

• independent wiring: 5 years (preferred)
• PV fitting: 3 years (preferred)
• EV fitting: 3 years (preferred)
• sales: 5 years (preferred)
• management: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• 18th Edition (preferred)
• A level 3 or equivalent in electrical installation (preferred)
