ESSENTIAL CRITERIA – PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

• Applies specialist and detailed technical expertise.
• Achieved a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship Scheme / Indentures (or AM2)& City & Guilds 2360 or NVQ Level 3 electrical installation,
• City & Guilds 2380/2381 (IEE Wiring Regs - 18th Edition) or JIB Card - Electrician (Must include IEE Wiring Regs 18th Edition),
• City & Guilds 2395 Inspection, Testing and Certification
• Ideally with previous experience working within the construction industry, however if you hold the relevant qualifications and the right learning attitude, we will consider little or no experience.
• Experience working with apprentices.
• Will also have an understanding of the relevant health and safety practices and applicable legislation.
• Good organisation & planning skills
• You should have strong communication skills able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers in order to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Holds a full UK Driving License – ESSENATIAL FOR TRAVELLING

ROLE BASED: MERSEYSIDE HIRE CENTRE

Travel: You will be travelling to different depots and client sites - A company Van will be available for the travelling. You must have the availability to travel and on occasion overnight stays.
We are looking for a Qualified Electrician to join Merseyside Hire Centre. As an Electrician you will carry out electrical testing, electrical installation works and amendments to existing circuits along with the refurbishment and fit out the complete range of Portakabin buildings to the highest possible standards. As well as aftersales, rectification and problem solving work.
You must be flexible to travel when required and used to working in a damaging, fast paced, controlled environment.
