Requirements Manage a caseload of clients receiving community-based services Provide Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) and Intensive In-Home (IIH) services Serve children, adolescents, and adults in the community Complete documentation within 24 hours Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners Participate in weekly supervision and team support Qualifications Must be QMHP or QMHP T certified or eligible under Virginia DBHDS guidelines Minimum of one year of mental health experience (community-based preferred) Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Self-motivated and committed to client success Passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs
