Mental Health Therapist (QMHP) – Master’s Level

LIVE. GROW. SHARE. is a 100% peer-run behavioral health organization offering mental health and co-occurring disorder treatment, residential services, and innovative peer-led programs. We’re looking for master’s level therapists (QMHPs) who bring lived experience with mental health and/or addiction and a passion for person-centered, trauma-informed care.

We are currently hiring for:

  • School-Based Qualified Mental Health Professional to complete assessments and treatment plans for school-aged youth

Position Details:
Start Date: Open
Status: Part-time hourly to start, with opportunity for salary
Starting Rate: $41.11/hour
Compensation increases with experience at LGS, licensure, and dual credentials
Clinical supervision and ongoing training provided
Work Model: Primarily in-person, with telehealth available as needed

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct mental health assessments for youth enrolled in LGS services provided during the school day, create person-led treatment plans in collaboration with school staff to include IEP/504 plans, and complete required state reporting. Assessments can occur at school, client homes, or the LGS office.
  • Option to provide individual and family therapy to clients if interested
  • Maintain documentation including progress notes and treatment updates
  • Option to work full time at delivering 20 hours of billable services per 32-hour work week
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of therapists, CADCs, QMHAs, and peer support specialists
  • Follow OAR Chapter 309 standards for behavioral health care

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree or higher in a counseling-related field
  • Eligible for QMHP certification through MHACBO
  • Passion for working with children, families, or underserved populations
  • Lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery, and willingness to share that experience for therapeutic benefit
  • Bilingual (Spanish) and culturally responsive clinicians strongly encouraged to apply
