Description Community Based Qualified Mental Health Specialist Location: 4633 Aicholtz Rd, Cincinnati, Ohio 45244 (All Clermont Northeastern Schools, grades K-12) Hours: Full Time with flexible hours with some early morning school hours as well as some evening hours and on-call responsibilities. Primary responsibilities: Provide individual and group behavioral health services to youth across Clermont County, ensuring a client-centered approach that fosters active collaboration in the treatment process Deliver services in diverse settings including schools, homes, and community locations, working closely with clients, families, and community professionals to tailor interventions that best meet the needs of each youth Conduct prevention services aimed at identifying emerging behavioral or mental health challenges, while proactively engaging with clients and their families to create comprehensive treatment plans that involve appropriate referrals to other levels of care Serve as a key liaison by linking clients to relevant community resources, ensuring that families have access to the support they need, and fostering strong partnerships with school staff, community organizations, and other stakeholders Actively collaborate with schools, community-based professionals, and families to design and implement coordinated treatment strategies that promote the well-being and success of youth clients. Requirements Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree Psychology, Social Work, or related field License Preferred: No license is required but having an OCPSA, OCPS, or LSW would be a plus.
